Great padel bag and prompt delivery and fair price

First time using this store and I have to say, extremely disappointed.

Ordered on the 10th paid an additional $20 for Express Delivery 24/48 Hours as I needed the racket on the 12th.

As of yet the order hasn't even been fulfilled, so what was the point in paying for express delivery.

Safe to assume that I will not get it today, or within the quoted 24/48 hours and safe to assume that I will not get the $20 back.

Poor customer service, no response to emails.
