Place an order on own in-stock items before 9 am (NZST) Monday to Friday (excludes NZ public holidays), and we'll dispatch that very same day! Orders placed outside of this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

T&Cs
Same Day Dispatch
- Same day begins when your order is complete with all required information and is paid in full. If you have financed your order, we require all completed documentation be returned and deposit paid before 9am (NZST).
- Business days based on warehouse trading times are Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm (NZST)
- Dispatch time is the time taken from placing and paying for your order and having the order collected from our warehouse by the selected courier / freight company. This does not include the in-transit delivery time.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification from Padel Racket New Zealand with all consignment details attached. In the case that you do not receive this email, and it may divert to junk or spam, Padel Racket New Zealand is not liable.
- Please note that in the case of a delay being caused through the provision of incorrect order details by the customer (eg. Incorrect delivery information), the receival of the correct details will mark the start of the dispatch period.
- Excludes all out of stock, pre-sale and discontinued items, custom manufactured items, pick-up orders, international orders outside of New Zealand.
- Excludes weekends, NZ and national public holidays - orders during this time will be dispatched the following business day.
- Exclude stock that is not property of Padel Racket New Zealand
